adpi vs. dg, ddd, kd

Okay so on almost every post of USF's sorority rankings, ADPi is at the top. I'm not arguing this but what exactly makes them better than DG or tri delt or kd? I know that DDD and KD typically tie for third place so then what exactly would make adpi better than dg? What would bring adpi down and the others up? Personally I feel like there really isn't much about adpi that makes them better than Dg/DDD/Kd but they just have this continuous reputation at usf that they're the "top" sorority. No hate, i'm just curious as to what truly differentiates the top 4 sororities
