The top houses like to battle over who is top house. Usually ADPi is #1, DG is #2, but then KD and DDD battle it out for #3. Whoever everyone likes at the moment gets bumped up to #3. (This time last year KD was 3, now DDD is 3)
I know some KD's and they're very pretty and a lot of them are driven girls. They usually do great for recruitment for the most part. I really liked KD when I went through.
Don't go in with any prejudices. Nothing wrong with KD. All I can say is they're super feminine for the most part, so if you're a tomboy they might not be the house for you. But still, go with what feels right at recruitment and you should be fine. Just don't let any girls from ANY houses "dirty rush you" by trying to contact and bribe you over summer and straight on into recruitment. Girls who go in thinking they already "have a house" by responding to that sort of bribery get really screwed over in the end since they took a house that wasn't for them.

This is all so dumb anyway because going through recruitment it becomes obvious (by looks and personality) who is top, mid, bottom.
KD has very attractive girls for the most part and is definitely top tier along with dg, adpi, and ddd. I would agree KD has a more feminine/cute vibe.
Aoii posts on here that sk and chi o are below them but def not true. Out of the 3 bottom I would say chi o has a fee really cute girls but overall sk and chi o are about equal except chio is prob better nationally. Sk is getting a house tho so might improve. Aoii is bottom of the bottom 3.
Overall greekrank isn’t important because it becomes quite obvious once you’re here for a week who is top.

This is so wrong. Perfect example of a KD. Stop messing with the real rankings you are middle and quickly falling. you have the worst reputation on greek rank and have no cute sisters so technically you should be bottom house (:
