First Sigma Pi should not be considered middle. A true middle is probably ZBT. Sigma Pi is bottom mid if not bottom tier. Delta Chi is considered a “top” fraternity due to past glory, but that’s quickly going away. You can tell by the quality of last fall and spring pledges. Regardless, the disparity is still huge between Sigma Pi and Delta Chi. One hangs with KDs and ADPIs the other Gamma Phi and Sig Delt. One lives at the retreat, other doesn’t. And so on.

to even remotely compare sig pi and dchi is insane, dchi is one of the top houses and and sig pi is bottom tier, dchi hangs with adpi, kd, and dg, sig pi hangs with sig kap and sig delt, thats nothing against them, thats just how it is. and to sat dchi is falling off is childish, its said every year and they never really do

To believe sigma pi is mid tier or even anywhere close to that is absurd. The only person who could actually write something like that must be a sigma pi. Now back to the question asked, sigma chi is at the top right now and imo phi delt is at second tied with dchi but after this next pledge class could be the true second in Greek. As for snu, like zbt, and maybe alpha sig, those chapters are gonna have to do something significant in the next year or so to even be considered in the top tier

Middle tiers tend to have the better brotherhoods while the “top” tier get more “top” girls who show up to their stuff. Both get hot girls though.
