People keep saying they’re getting the house but when GPhi took Pi Kapps house everything went a lot faster? USF still hasn’t confirmed anything, is it actually happening?
(Also if it is happening when y’all get set up can you show everyone how you decorate? Lbr that’s all anyone cares about, everyone knows the newest decor is usually the nicest on the block)

i heard their nationals said they werent established enough for a house and wouldnt pay for the lease..... also heard the girls dont even want one because so many dropped theres no way they could even fill it

Yes, Sigma Kappa got Sigma Chi's old house next to Delta Chi. It is being cleaned /repaired now and sisters are on a waiting list to move in. It will be ready a week or two before bid day.
