top 4 frat descriptions (imo)
by: LOLIf anyone could give me a run down of the the top 4 fraternities that are here at USF?

Sigma chi - very involved in the Greek community, but some of the guys are kind of douchebags
Dchi- see and hear about them less and less each semester honestly.
Phi Delt - become top this past spring but on the rise.
There isn’t really a 4th top tier house unless you count Verdandi as a “frat” then they would be the same level as sigma chi.

Verdandis pledge class in the fall was cute their spring pledges were beyond subpar

They’ve been good but not as good as they used to be and nowhere as good as sig chi

Verdandi is no where near sig chi. While the older brothers are fun and attractive the new brothers have become less and less attractive and fun. Some of them are hot but overall there gotten very average PCs. And there always complains about being broke
