This is how I think recruitment will pan out:
1. ADPI (top in looks and money)
2. DG (cute. Mainly personality and smart)
3. DDD/ KD (both falling overall due to same cute but unimpressive women)
4. ZTA / GPhi (ZTA & GPhi rising. Getting the cute girls who want more impact on an org)
5. SK (keep it up)
6. Sig Delt (falling fast and hard)
7. Chi O
8. AOPi

Hello GPhi....you are fallin as fast as SigDelt and SK. IMO there are 2 tiers now
Upper - Adpi, DG, DDD/KD tied
Lower - ZTA, Gphi, SigDelt/ChiO/SK tied, Aopi
For the time being, ZTA is the top of the lower list, but who knows after PC18. I’m already seeing some great PNMs and some houses making moves already to change these rankings. So excited for fall.
