Disagree with me if you would like but d chi is falling down in the rankings. Getting suspended and lack of good PCs are just killing them in rankings and phi delt has been rising

D Chi is honestly just there because of past reputation . I think in the fall phi delt will take their spot . They throw good parties they have a nice house. They just need to recruit a good pc
