real fraternity rankings/future predictions

With suspension season in full swing leading into summer/fall rush here are the rankings / predictions.

1. Sigma Chi- undoubtedly the top house in the fact that they are at around 90 members and continue to recruit large solid classes. Will stay top in fall unless something drastic happens.
2. Delta Chi - the more athletic version of sigma chi but also not as good of a chapter as a whole. Has retention issues and is now on provisional suspension.
3. Pike- this is debatable based on who you ask but I would put them here solely on the fact that they are similar to DChi in being athletic / recruiting solid classes. Unfortunately they lack in a lot of things that make fraternity life important such as brotherhood. They are also now in trouble with OFSL.
4. Phi Delt- could make a solid case for #3 and probably will be once the fall comes around. I just have them here because of the fact that they lack in athletics, philanthropy, and looks. Great brotherhood and parties!
5. Sig nu- A chapter that is on the decline because of the sole fact that they can’t seem to stay out of trouble. These boys are great in philanthropy, athletics, and have fun parties.
6. ZBT - Probably some of the most down to earth guys and just try to always have fun. Losing a fall class hurt their numbers a lot as a lot of brothers went verdandi. They have shown a lot of face in philanthropy and have had fun parties.
7. Kappa Sig- Typically known as the party animals they haven’t been so active this year. Rumor is that they are having retention problems and their numbers are dropping drastically. Also losing a lot of recruits to other fraternities mentioned before. Hanging on by reputation and their ties to Zeta.
8. Alpha Sig- Great group of guys who have made a lot of strides this year. Very involved and win philanthropies left and right. They are not as athletic however and don’t have a lot of facey guys other than Charlie. They could have a solid recruitment in fall and sneak up the rankings a bit.
