regretting not giving a pnm a bid ?

This is kinda a taboo subject but does your organization have any people they regret not giving a bid ? People usually only talk of making a mistake and bidding a wrong person that doenst fit in but the opposite also happens.

Lmao i know my sorority has like 6/7ish girls we didnt give a bid and they end up being cooler than half the new members we got. Same thing with friends in frats who didnt bid chill guys they later befriended.
