why is sigma chi better than delta chi?

Everyone always says that Sigma Chi is #1 and that Delta Chi is #2 but what are the reasons that make sigma chi better than delta chi? I am a pnm looking to rush in the spring and I want to know what makes these the 2 top 2 frats and which frat is better than the other

both are good you will be happy with either, both had really good pc's for fall

Not everyone agrees which is top house. Sigma Chi is on the decline. There are 5 good fraternities here..check them all out.

Sigma Chi and Delta Chi are equal imo, and Phi delt and Pike come right below them
