rush experience and confusion

I recently rushed and I'm still very confused about why I ended up where I did. For those of you wondering I just ran home to Sigma Kappa this past fall. They say rush is all about looks and I'm skinny and pretty and have done some modeling in the past. If it is true that recruitment is based on looks then can someone explain to me why I got a bottom house? I haven't expressed this to anyone in my house but I'm thinking about dropping. Serious answers only please.
