poll: fraternities with the most potential

Phi delt has the most potential since they have the best house and since they actually own their house. I suggest phi delt start to build better relations with top tier sororities. But other than phi delt, based on the list it would definitely be sigma chi. They already have the top tier status, groupies, sorority relations, parties, and involvement, the only thing holding them back from becoming even better is their debt situation and their overall lack of effort and lack of brotherhood

D Chi lost to many solid older guys from graduation and going inactive + their fall PC didn't live up to their usual standards.

Sigma nu... Lol why, they're not relevant at USF anymore.

Pike definitely has shown improvement from this year compared to years past. They just need to stop thinking they're better than what they are atm (even though they improved) and start focusing on weeding out all the non/weirdo face guys they currently have.
