who's top house?

Sigma Chi was top house last year and is still top house this year. Pike did get one of their best pledge classes they've probably ever had, quality wise, which makes them want to jump to the conclusion that they are all of a sudden "top". But getting random irrelevant football players and not requiring them to pay dues on top of bidding over 60 PNMs does not make them top. Sigma Chi did very well with rush and they arguably got the best PC. With that being said, Sigma Chi's quality PC in addition to their current status as being top, plus all the great guys they have active, puts them way above Pike as the top house.
