frat housing

I have a real question why can almost any big school have actual fraternity houses and there own property? For heavens sake even UCF has mansions and decent houses for there frats. What do we have Phi Delt? and a couple on campus houses. This is honestly sad and if Fraternity Life is going to get bigger and expand at this school housing is the biggest key. It is what attracts PNM's. Look at FSU you think if pike there lived in apartments it would nearly be as big as they are now?!!!
