Middle tier: Sigma Nu, Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, ZBT
Bottom tier: Everybody else.
If you're not in the top 6 (7) you're irrelevant

When a young man joins Sigma Phi Epsilon, he discovers something unique. Through the Balanced Man Program (BMP) chapter, he immediately becomes a brother. The BMP eliminates pledging from the chapter experience, and puts an emphasis on continued development throughout college and beyond.
