sigma chi losing chapter?

I heard USF Admin is determined to collect the $ Sigma Chi owes them.Afterall, there is/was a contractual agreement. At the least, I bet they lose social privleges until paid in full. I agree with USF Admin. That's fair. And all they are concerned with right now is taigate parties. That is not right for we who honor our financial obligations. Be adults.
