All fraternities not mentioned is a "who are they" kind of thing.

Kinda funny that 'the bottom tier' and 'no-names' won Step.

I don't see how that's funny or a coincidence. Bottom tiers can win philanthropies from time to time. It's how these fraternities are perceived.

Wouldn't have any IFC fraternity done well in recruitment if their brother was the IFC VP of membership who didn't have the decency to disaffiliate himself and promote IFC as a whole ?
