pike vs. phi delt

someone said they have the biggest chance to move up? What are the pros and cons of each? what are they like

You'll prob get a sense of a traditional fraternity experience at phi Delt because they have a legit of campus house. Pike has a nice boat and a lot of good guys. Joining either one is a good choice tbh it's about where you fit in.

I hang out with Pike more than Phi Delt but that's only because my friends are friends w them. If you ask me I have seen new hot guys in Phi delt too. Both def improving meanwhile d chi keeps getting weird kids for some reason recently

It varies. Phi delt has the best set up and have a lot of space but Sig chi&Dchi has very fun parties as well.

Who's parties are more fun is subjective..... I enjoy phi deltas parties more than pikes because there's only so much you can do in a apartment complex. And imo dchis are more fun than sig chis

They are two good fraternities that are rising but I tend to like phidelt more because of the house and the vibe

The kid with the long hair is beautiful, he's dating someone though. So are you saying what makes a fraternity good is if they hook up with a lot of girls? So misogynistic, I bet you a Sig Chi wrote that.

Phi delt has the best house but they don't have many hot guys imo. Pike has more attractive guys so it depends what matters more to you I guess
