what are good fraternities to rush during summer?

I want to rush in the summer but I have no idea how any of it works and I want to get pledging over with in the summer before fall starts. Where do I sign up? and what would be some good fraternities to rush? I love to party and stuff but I want to make sure I can still stay in shape and get good grades while im turning up.
