frat life at usf

So I'm attending USF next year and after speaking to a lot of people that go hear I've been told to either rush sigma chi or Verdandi to have the best time. I was just wondering if this was actually true and what each frat typically does during the week. I've heard it's popular for the frats to go the study and cdbs, but I was wondering how often house parties happen?

Let's be perfectly clear here: "Verdandi" is not a Fraternity, and I can guarantee you that Sigma Chi will be different than the stuff you read on this website. I cant recommend enough that you rush more than these two groups.
