frat negatives?

I'm rushing this semester and I want to know some negatives about fraternities like SigChi, DChi, Phi delt, Pike?

Everyone I meet is always super nice and usually chill asf. I what are some negatives about the bigger frats that wouldn't come up during rush?

Assuming you can get a bid from one of the top houses I don't see any negatives. Some might say those in top houses are douchebags but it's like the people who say girls in top houses are slurs or superficial, it's not based on reality but rather as just a way to feel better about not being in a top chapter.

However go where you feel you get along with the brothers. Otherwise you'll never feel you belong.

No negatives really, lots of negatives to being in less developed fraternity

Negatives:
Sig Chi is wannabe redneck kids from Orlando
PIKE rich kids that act douchey
D Chi has a bunch of Guidos and fist pumpers
Phi Delt honestly just has far too many weirdos
