Personally
TriDelt and ADPi top
Probably AOII and SigKap bottom

Sigma Chi and Delta Chi top
And maybe Theta Chi and Pi Kapp bottom

Delta chi is full of dudes who peaked in high school.
Top is Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu Bottom is Chi Phi and Sig Ep
For the ladies it's Delta Gamma and adpi and I'm not sure of bottom 2 but what person above said seems about right

Bottom two in my mind are AEPi and Chi Phi.
Bottom two for girls AOPi and Sig Kap

Top 2 Sigma Nu and Sigma Chi
Top 2 sororities DG and Tei Delt

There's no need to put bottom as it's pretty obvious between a few but TOP fraternity is NOT Sigma nu. Sigma chi and delta chi are top. Top sorority probably zta and tri delta (MY opinion)
