Okay but "top 4" is not a thing. They indeed are the fourth best. But that doesn't make them top tier, because with that logic the majority of the 10 NPC sororities on campus would be top. They're upper middle, but still middle.

The kd girls I know don't wear a lot of makeup, this is such a stereotype with the upper tier houses. I've seen bottom tier girls wearing a ridiculous amount of makeup to "cover" skin and top tier girls wearing next to no makeup so it just depends on the girl

I don't view Kappa Delta as number 4. That's pretty subjective. You can't put Kappa Delta in the same tier as Zeta, they are more comparable to DG/ADPI/tri Delt etc. during recruitment that's who they compete with to get girls, that's why they're top and not bottom.

Looks wise they are more on par with zeta overall, but they are a bit more involved. I think of them as mid tier. The person above said number 4 which might be true but with only 10 seats that means they are mid tier t

Explain to me how my math is incorrect? 10 houses-would you say more than 3 could be "top tier?!" They are in top half, but solid mid tier IMO

at the end of the day you ask PNM's which houses they would be want to go to and a majority will tell you ADPI, DG, DDD, or KD. its not a ranking but they put all of those houses on the same level so that makes them top to me.

KD would be the last choice of those for most girls (not all but most). I feel like DG and ADPi are top 2, but DG seems almost above ADiPi in a way
