Did Pike ever have a house on campus?

At one point they tried really hard to snitch and get any on campus frat kicked off so they could take their spot if that counts

No they live in an apartment complex

No they never had a house in Greek and nor have they wanted one in Greek from what I know

They could get the former SigEp house.

Back in the 90's PI Kapps house was the pike house, they got kicked out and the house was given to SAE

Houses were built in 2003 pike has never lived in Greek but kappa sig did before they got in too much debt and Zeta took it
