Phi Delt has the only actual off campus house, . Pike has apartments and Kappa Sig has a trap house in the ghetto. On campus housing is nothing more than glorified dorm rooms. There's not much to work with for greek housing at USF

Phi Delt is the only fraternity here that has been able to run a house by themselves for several years. Awesome arrangement with rec room...they make their own rules. \n\n\n\n\n
