Have they made a decision on who will be getting the house?

Last year it was Sigchi who was loosing the house. Unless a fraternity gets the boot USF will not let them vacate their house lease.

Sigep has a decent alumni network but if not they will just be in debt for a year or two to USF.

An oranization living in greek village can accumulate a lot of debt before anything happens. It will be another year or so before usf takes action. That's if thats they even do in the first place.

Sigep will more than likely be able to fill the house after fall Rush it is around half filled right now

Are they using the house in 16-17 or not. My firm would be interested in leasing the facility for a highly regarded sorority group.

You dont just lose a house in greek viallge. You can accumulate debt but its up to the organization on whether they give up the house or not.

These conversations are just the smaller Fraternities praying to get an on campus house. Similar to how USF is praying to get into the Big 12.
