They aren't coming back. The university has to invite them back, and that isn't happening any time soon. Dead and buried at this point

The penalty was 3 years so I'm pretty sure they are allowed to come back this upcoming Fall, and who told you that Fraternities have to be invited by the University? Lol

Im interested to see what this guys can bring to the community, being one of the founding fraternities at USF I'm sure they will achieve great things

It hasn't been decided if they are coming back yet. I heard the interview SAE had didn't go very well
