Lol phi delt doesn't do anything to deserve that high of a ranking. Have you seen those guys? Full of goobers from desperate bidding after release of suspension and they're not good at anything. Definitely worse than pike and Zbt imo. Only thing they have going for them is that house.

No doubt sigma nu is top. They've won major philanthropies. Their formal was in NC. They frequently throw parties at their roid house. Tailgates are good and Gasparilla was good. They do the little things consistently right. BUT there's many red flags that they will go down hill. Their pledge classes have been iffy. Of course they have studs here and there but you better have some in a 30 man pledge class. Their track record in sports has been horrible, the thing they are very prideful of. They are still very very socially awkward. Can't approach women to save their lives and think that women should go up to them. Their pledge classes talk a little too much and have done nothing yet to prove themselves. Their parties/getties get really lame and nothing special to them. Even with all this they are still top. No hate just truth.

I got an invite to the traditions dinner and didn't go to any of their events. Also they may have over 30 brothers but the only guys I always see are the Italians. Rarely do they even hang out with the rest of their brothers. But yeah sigma chi definitely has "great brotherhood".
