So I'm new to Greek and I was wondering what in your eyes makes a Fraternity Top Tier material?

If the fraternity is named Pi Kappa Phi, it's probably top tier. Only house connected to a sorority and the best brotherhood

In my opinion top tier have great guys that are good looking , well maintained, gentleman that are involved in their school community and care about their academics and are social and not douchbags and care about their brotherhood and reputations and are their to help each other.
