Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 1.0 I heard one of their sigma requirements is to self rank their chapter on here. Bottom tier but still think they're on top because of their past prestige on campus. Growing in numbers but still lack true brotherhood and will never be what they once were. PNMs have fun answering to alumni as this chapter has an exec board but it means nothing because they are controlled by alumni members "helping" the chapter.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.2 These guys have been on the rise for awhile. Great, classy, men who party enough to be fun but not enough to get scary. Maybe one of the only houses on campus where girls can be safe.
