Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.4 Here's the thing. These guys are not bad, they're hair not amazing. Most of them are douchebags, and the only nice ones are graduating. They keep rushing pledge classes with like 500 people its a miracle they know each others names. Zero class, I guess they seem to be good at sports. But hey you need a way to tell the frat boys from the fraternity men. These guys...frat boys. Were on top but they seem to be on the way down. And they are a bit disrespectful to women.
