It's easy to act like top dog because nearly every good frat was on probation last year so they got some time to shine

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.8 They consider themselves the best fraternity on campus. In my opinion this isn't true. If you ask me they're just a bunch of wanna be frat star douches. Not to mention the fact that you have to wait a full year before becoming a brother.
