Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.0 Pike is the definition of average at USF. They try to live off FSU pike reputation but they are not, nor will ever be FSU pike. Also, their so called mansion is Monticello apartments where Alpha Sigs, AEPI, Phi Delt, and FIJI also lives at. I guess all 5 of them live in mansions.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.6 Recently they've been throwing the best parties by far and they're the most fun to hangout with. Adpi, DG, and KD have been all over them this semester. They have a better brotherhood than anyone else that claims to be top here and they have a solid ratio of good looking guys. They kill in IMs and they're actually nice guys. Take notes rest of Greek.

I agree they are a solid fraternity. But I'm not sure top tier girls have been "all over them"

Top tier girls are all over them because of the running for their dream girl and because they now have a boat to take lots of people out on.
