After Sigma Nu, I would call these guys the most frat at USF. They way they dress, talk and act IDK that allure they carry makes you know these guys are fraternity men. Not really try hards and if you don't believe me look at the VP. I look at him and he's just frat by nature.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.0 I don't like them and I really don't have respect for their guy in IFC who sabotaged Fall '12 recruitment just so they could have gotten a bid pledge class. Honestly, why would 30-40 guys rush a chapter that doesn't even have a house. It's also questionable how come they were the only chapter that didn't provide their GPA for the 2012 recruitment handbook. I know Alpha Sig didn't but that's because they were new. PIKE are pulling a lot of tricks to get to top tier but no one is biting.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.4 Pike is awesome. Granted they arent top tier yet but I like them. They are moving up for sure and the fact that I am saying that given that they dont have a house means a lot. Good guys. Not top tier yet but definitely better than the upstarts for sure
