Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.0 They definitely have the best house and location than any other fraternity but that’s not everything. They seem to give bids out to just about anyone. Quantity seems to be a priority over quality in their pledge classes. They have a few studs but not that many. Phi delt would be a lot better if they took smaller pledge classes with more quality. If you focus on quality first the quanity will come or you guys will never move from middle tier.

Best house and throw the best parties hands down. Super excited to see thier fall pledge class this year. A lot of my sisters and friends in other sororities have been watching them for a while. This can be the semester they really cement themselves!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 5.0 I absolutely love the men of Phi Delt, I have been hanging with these guys since I was a freshman. Since I was a freshman they have completely changed into an amazing fraternity. These guys have truly gone from being unknown to a Top Tier Fraternity on campus. They are doing amazing things and will only continue to rise. Honestly In my Opinion there the best fraternity all around. So nice!
