Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.0 This rating could have been alot better but these boys have really screwed themselves in the last few years. They got rid of a few awesome guys which then caused a snowball effect in which more quality guys left. Still some quality guys but not many and parties just aren't what they used to be. They could have stayed top tier now they are on their way down ZBT might even surpass them which is sad when they used to be #1
