Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 1.0 Phidelt used to be a great group of guys. Unfortunately they've changed it to classless douche bags. None of my sisters go there unless there's nothing else to do. They're the opposite of gentlemen. They lack morals and class. Why hangout with douche bags when you can hangout with gentlemen?
