KnoWing how OFSL punished the three top houses in one year ( Kappa Sig, Sig Chi, Sig Ep) They will either have be very cautious and remain bottom tier, or attempt a come back and officially get de-charted

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.0 Does anyone else on here giving heartless negative feedback even know this fraternity, or is it just to bring your own rankings up? These guys fell hard, but there's no better group of guys out there. This fraternity defines what brotherhood is, and will redefine what Greek is in Fall 14 when they come back. If you can't handle yourself with class and respect for others as a fraternity man, then don't expect a bid from these guys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.0 Phi Delt will rise again...bigger and stronger.Historically they have been top 3 fraternities since founded as USF's first fraternity. As with other organizations it is beneficial to regroup, analyze and rebuild. USF's PHIrst will be back.....good luck...
