Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.4 Having been previously close with alum of this chapter, I learned things I wish I never did. There is a lot of incest going on in this organization, and the rush classes have only been going downhill. They put numbers before anything else and it has hurt them in the long run.
