This is a bottom tier fraternity who keeps self ranking into the top tier. They are not selective at all and bid anyone and everyone which will be painfully obvious when you visit.

They care more about their looks and how they are perceived more than anything. They are nice to your face, but once you’re gone they’re making fun of you. Just not good people, would not recommend trying to be friends with them.
