looks don't define a group

I'm sick of reading post after post about how one sorority is doing better than another because their pledge class is better looking. Earth to everyone, a successful sorority has almost nothing to do with looks. Sororities that have girls who are beautiful both outside and INSIDE are the ones that people want to join. There is a reason that groups on campus are struggling with sisterhood and retention - they're only recruiting for looks! If you were actually objectively ranking sororities based on sisterhood, recruiting abilities, and campus involvement, the rankings would look a lot different...I'll leave that up to interpretation.

The point is, there is so much more to joining a sorority than what the sisters look like, and once you get over that, there are some really incredible sisterhoods on this campus.
