AEPi is no longer a fraternity at UVM. They need to be removed.

Aepi is still recognized by nationals and will still throw down as an aepi fraternity with uvm students so there you go

Top: Pi Phi/Alpha Chi
Mid: Tri Delt, Theta
Low: Kappa Delta, ADPi

They're all great but if you have to rank this is about as accurate as it gets.

By: just way it is

Pi Phi- very attractive, pretty involved, good rep with frats
AXO- Good looking, party hard, so-so siterhood
Tri Delta- decent philanthropy involvement, a little crazy (on probation last year)
Theta- Weak sisterhood, not big on partying, decent looks
KD- New on campus, not very attractive, very involved
ADPi- Good sisterhood, no philanthropy, no mixers w/ frats

PBP and AXO are top houses, thats pretty accepted. If you have to pick a middle one DDD and/or KAT, but DDD is regarded as third by just about everyone. ADP is good, but lower tier compared to the others and idk what the other one is

Realistically:
Pi Phi
AXO/Tridelt

KD
Theta
ADPi

sorry, but so true. The top three is the top three, no questions asked and the rankings among them will change depending on who you ask, but there's a VERY clear divide between them and the bottom three.
