People like to argue that theta is above kd but personally I just think it’s because they don’t have a house, kd ends up with girls that want to be in kd and genuinely make it a good chapter, lots of the theta girls are nice but they also usually end up taking girls that wanted the top three and got dropped, but still want a sorority with a house regardless and only care about that status

HEAVY on this. A lot of girls that join theta I feel like are relying on the house but that doesn't make you a good chapter

Adpi has always been above kd. Iffy abt theta being over adpi tho. Can’t deny theta has fallen in the recent years
