Frat rankings???

what r the rankings for the frats????? Ive heard so many mixed things this what I have been told but whats the word
Kapsig/Pike/sig phi
Agr/pikapp

It is really hard to rank the frats here because it totally depends what you’re looking for. Some are more exclusive than others. IMO sig phi is the most selective and PIKE can be too. Sig phi is the most preppy frat and PIKE seems like they have the closest brotherhood. Pi Kapp is a lot of genuine nice guys mixed with ski bums and super fun too it seems like they are on the up. Kappa is definitely the most “traditional frat” and has a wide variety of guys. Some are horrible some are great. AGR is small but the guys are nice and everyone in it seems to love it. PMD has pretty open parties and they can be fun. I don’t know much about DTD.

Kappa throws parties but no one actually likes them as guys but sig phi has big parties too and so does agr and pi kapp. Pike throws but their house situation is so weird so parties are small. Pmd is super nice and fun their parties are just small. I like pi kapp but they definitely give predator vibes. Dtd is not even worth mentioning.
