A few of the smaller houses dues may seem worse at first but that's because they up front the cost and then your dues reduce to normal after your first semester so definitely pay attention and read up on dues cycles and changes between new members and standing members dues. Also look into if they are all inclusive or not and if they have a live in house requirement how that price compares to the Burlington market and dorms and other sororities
