What happened to Sig Phi?

I remember my Freshman year this frat was considered to be the top top fraternity at UVM. Idk what happened these past two years but they seem to really have fallen off. The dudes in it now seem kind of creepy tbh and their parties are just filled with creeps and freshmen and seem to fizzle out fast. They have an awesome house but idk if it can really carry them anymore
