i might rush and i wna know which house is the best in terms of location, looks, etc.

If you are choosing a sorority solely on the appearance of a house, that is the fakest thing I have ever heard. All of the sorority houses are nice, so you shouldn’t let that be a deciding factor for you. However, if you really are only in it for the house, theta has the nicest one.
