In accepting the invitation of membership to SigEp, one embodies the Balanced Man Program (BMP). The new member then instantly becomes a brother. Through SigEp, men codify their character, polish interpersonal skills and perfect their communication skills. The BMP ergo, immolates pledges from the chapter experience, and puts emphasis on the continuous development throughout college, the living life, infinity and beyond.
