Pi Phi is at the top, you could argue either AXO or Tri delt as top as well. Tri Delt had a good recruitment last year and rose and AXO is suspended so they fell. This recruitment season will be where we see which house gets the better pledge class
There's no "middle" chapter really. KD and Theta are both lower middle, KD has no house and theta has gotten a really bad pledge class for the past few years.
ADPi is bottom.

axo // pi phi - tied for top, but axo is suspended + under investigation so who knows if they'll do recruitment
tri delta - lol yall are still middle tier chill out and stop with the self ranking
kappa delta // theta - tied, KD doesnt have a house but theta has a weird mix of girls

KAPPA DELTA - tier below tri delt. no house. new sorority that was chartered a few years ago. weird girls with a few cool ones. a lot of the girls are preppy/classy and are generally nice girls, some party and others dont. seems like they have a strong sisterhood and are very focused on becoming confident women n getting good grades
THETA - pretty much tied with KD. weird mix of girls. a few cool ones, but a lot are just plain weird. they're definitely nice though, and a lot of them are funny. again, like KD, some party and others dont. and the girls who do are kinda crazy lol. but a lot of the girls are very focused with grades and more on the nerdier side.
ADPi - bottom tier. nice girls, but theyre definitely seen as outcasts or nerdy or weird. its a weird mix. some of them party but a lot of them dont and are focused on philanthropy and grades. most involved sorority despite not having a house. very passionate about what they do.

agreed but I think theta is falling..got a weird pledge class last year and a lot of girls didn't accept their bids so they had to do open bidding after formal recruitment last year...

Honestly, only Pi phi is top right now
Tri delt and AXO will battle for other top spot and recruitment will decide it

Coming from a third party here AXO seems to be pretty damn defensive any time someone states the obvious that they've gotten in a ton of trouble and suspended from multiple events...keep seeing people say tri delta needs to stop self ranking, yet nothing is overly promoting them and others are ravenously attacking each other. They've done okay and prob will again just like Pi Phi. These ridiculous comments from axo's trying to defend their "spot" when questioned isn't cute guys.
