The most impressive of the new chapters to come to campus in recent years, but a lot of that has to do with their acquisition of the Lambda Iota house. Before the house they were on the same level as PMD and the brothers haven't changed, just their setting. That said, they grew like crazy in the last couple years and I don't think anyone suspected that. All of my interactions with them have been good, but there are a few brothers that are socially awkward and don't know how to socialize with girls. Their parties since they got the Lambda house are very fun and don't give off a creepy vibe. Seems like they have a good brotherhood connection. We'll see if they can handle the new status as a top tier without inflating their egos or becoming creepy.

Making a comeback after a very brutal suspension. If this chapter is anything like the chapter it was before they were kicked off, they will fail. But, if they turn this around and rebuild in a positive way, more power to em. Their nationals seemed to have good PR material looking for people to start the chapter again, so hopefully they got a solid crew. That said, by default they are at the bottom. They were kicked off for heinous things so it'll take a lot to offset their bad rep.

DU is pretty new, I think they came around the same time as PMD and Pi Kapp, but I'm not sure. They definitely fall below the two in rankings. They're average dudes and have average parties. Since they came to campus they've struggled to make a splash, but they aren't seen as losers/wannabes. They have the potential to be a good chapter if they get their name out there more, but it seems many lack the dedication. Incoming freshman who want to help a chapter develop would benefit DU.

AGR is one of the only top tiers that's an incumbent. They are true to their designation as an agriculture frat. Their house is big and somewhat nice, but it's really like a farm house-dirty. If you're into ag stuff this place is probably right up your alley. Their parties are pretty good, the brothers are genuine, and it seems like they have a good brotherhood connection. They recently had nationals come in and shuffle the deck, kicking out some members and warning others that they were on thin ice, so I think their organization is better now than it was a few years ago. They've been on social probation forever, but still host parties so it's not holding them back. They also have good philanthropy events that involve the community and seem to have a good relationship with sororities. Solid chapter, keep it up AGR.

PMD is relatively new to the UVM scene. They came around the same time as DU and Pi Kapp. They've had solid growth which is impressive for a relatively new org. Think they chartered pretty quickly too which is a good sign of a solid chapter. They've all been very friendly to me in all my interactions with them, and seem like a solid group of guys. Can't really speak to their social scene bc I've only been to one party a couple years ago, but I hear good things. They have potential for sure if they can keep the momentum. Keep up the good work PMD.

4 years ago, Pike was right on the cusp of top tier. When FIJI was kicked off they assumed a position at the top. They are a massive fraternity with a very diverse range of personalities which makes it difficult to gauge them as a whole. The seniors that I know, including their last president, are all solid guys. Seems like that class has great brotherhood and ambition to improve their chapter. But, recent classes have been decreasing in size, and from my understanding the quality of brothers has gone down a bit. If I could put them between middle and top, I would. They don't have a house which hurts them a bit but they have some satellites which is cool. Heard their pledge process can get a bit uncomfortable, but nothing like schools down south. Just hope they don't deteriorate after this Sr. class leaves.

theta is really diverse and social, they mix a lot. they do a lot for their philanthropy and are active on campus. they have a big house and with that high dues. definitely upper middle tier, higher than kd and adpi but below tri delt

PMD guys are all really chill and they have fun events. Despite not having a house they seem to get guys to join.
